Jon has 30 years’ experience in the UK leasing and fleet finance industry, having previously worked for such major leasing companies as Alphabet GB Ltd and GE Capital Fleet Services. 

 

A subject matter expert in the adoption of electric vehicles and salary sacrifice schemes into companies, Jon led Alphabet’s Electric Vehicle proposition, AlphaElectric, and is the accredited electric vehicle and car salary sacrifice trainer for both the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) and the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP). In addition to this, he regularly delivers bespoke training courses for clients in the leasing, leasing broker and dealer group sectors, to help them deliver market leading EV solutions and salary sacrifice schemes to their clients. 

 

Jon has run his own fleet consultancy business since January 2019 with the aim of enhancing subject matter knowledge on all aspects of Electric Vehicle adoption and helping fleets to futureproof their business for the transition to 100% electric by 2035.

Toni is Head of People and Organisational Development at West Mercia Police. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources across resource, talent, employee engagement, shared services, employee relations, wellbeing, HR transformation and learning development. Joining us from West Midlands Police, Toni has held several roles in HR over the last four years and most recently was Director of People and Organisational Development.

Before joining the policing family, Toni worked within the private sector across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She has lived in the West Mercia region for the last ten years and is looking forward to making a difference in the local communities we serve, through our people.

Catherine is the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NoE CPC) Commercial manager for the CPC Drive framework. She has over 20 years of experience in contract management across a number of sectors, including lighting, manufacturing, IoT, and Energy and has held several commercial roles.

Before joining NoE CPC, Catherine worked within the private sector in lighting and control in Europe, primarily with the public sector and municipalities across a number of European countries and has lived in the Yorkshire region for over 30 years.

Jon is Head of Contracts and Procurement at West Mercia Police. He has over 25 years' experience in procurement across a number of sectors including manufacturing, leisure, telecoms, FM and Energy and has held several senior procurement roles.

Before joining West Mercia Police, Jon worked within the private sector in the energy and infrastructure in the UK primarily in district heating and the construction of energy centres and has lived in the West Mercia region for over 20 years.

Alison is our Business Development Director who joined Tusker in 2004 and was an integral part of the team to research, scope and launch our salary sacrifice car benefit to the marketplace in 2008 across both public and private sector. As a member of our Senior Management team, Ali continues to be instrumental in working with many of our large salary sacrifice car customers to truly understand their organisation and ensure their savings and benefits are maximised. Prior to Tusker, she was involved in the financial services industry for over 10 years, in sales, management and training capacities.
